There are plenty of opportunities to grow here. LongHorn allows you to be unique in your own way while growing and learning. Within months of starting I became a Certified Trainer, and I can’t wait for the next level.
Sumalee — Server/Certified Trainer
Restaurant Manager
I am proof that there are advancement opportunities at LongHorn, since I started as a dishwasher 12 years ago, was one of the finalists for Steakmasters in 2017 and now I’m a Manager. As long as you put in the hard work, you will be rewarded.
Joe — Restaurant Manager
Managing Partner
In my opinion, LongHorn is the best steakhouse and I always wanted to be part of the best. I became an MP in less than two years and I’ve gotten four or five managers promoted to MP. I’m very big on mentoring and paying it forward.
Steve Wilkes — Managing Partner
Director of Operations
I am a Director now, but I started as a Restaurant Manager. I was able to move my career forward with hard work and great leaders who helped develop me. There is a path to promotion, if you have the desire, commitment and ability to learn.
