Michael — Host/Service Assistant

Service or Culinary Professional

I’ve never been shy about wanting to grow and going to the highest level I can. The best part about working for LongHorn is that hard work, dedication and loyalty are noticed. I love every aspect of my job and what I do.

Nasaya — Service Professional

New Restaurant Opening Training

There are plenty of opportunities to grow here. LongHorn allows you to be unique in your own way while growing and learning. Within months of starting I became a Certified Trainer, and I can’t wait for the next level.

Sumalee — Server/Certified Trainer

Restaurant Manager

I am proof that there are advancement opportunities at LongHorn, since I started as a dishwasher 12 years ago, was one of the finalists for Steakmasters in 2017 and now I’m a Manager. As long as you put in the hard work, you will be rewarded.

Joe — Restaurant Manager

Managing Partner

In my opinion, LongHorn is the best steakhouse and I always wanted to be part of the best. I became an MP in less than two years and I’ve gotten four or five managers promoted to MP. I’m very big on mentoring and paying it forward.

Steve Wilkes — Managing Partner

Director of Operations

I am a Director now, but I started as a Restaurant Manager. I was able to move my career forward with hard work and great leaders who helped develop me. There is a path to promotion, if you have the desire, commitment and ability to learn.

Ambra — Director of Operations
